
We would like to welcome all our guests to the Bridgewater Caravan Park and hope that your time here is memorable. We are a family and pet friendly park and to ensure that every guest enjoys their stay in the park we have a few rules that all guests are to adhere to. Please ensure that you read the rules and are familiar with them. We hope you enjoy your stay and see you back soon.
· The office is open 9:00am 5:00pm.
· An after-hours number is available for emergencies only (located on the office door).
· A key box is located for key returns outside office hours.
· No Check-ins allowed after 10pm
· We try our best to provide the site you request, however sometimes (even with short notice) we are unable to provide your particular site. You will be allocated another site and no refund applies.
· System errors can occur on the online booking system. If this occurs you will be notified and your booking will be cancelled.
· Refunds: If you occupy a site or cabin for fewer days than originally booked, no refund applies.
· The caravan park speed limit is strictly 5km/h.
· All electric rideables/vehicles(including e-scooters, e-bikes, electric skateboards, hoverboards and similar) must be operated at walking pace (maximum 5km/h).
· No charging of electric vehicles or rideables is permitted anywhere in the park. This includes (but is not limited to):
o Electric cars (including Tesla and other EVs)
o E-scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards, electric skateboards and similar
o Charging from cabins, powered sites, amenities, camp kitchen, extension leads, or any park power point
· All visitors entering the Bridgewater Caravan Park must see reception before proceeding. No visitors cars are permitted within the park.
· A limit of one car-sized vehicle per cabinand one car-sized vehicle per powered or unpowered site booking is permitted within the park, unless prior arrangements have been made with reception.
· No generators are permitted in the park at any time.
· Use of the jumping pillow is at your own risk.
· Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
· No shoes on the jumping pillow.
· No food, drink, chewing gum, toys, sticks, or sharp objects on the pillow.
· No flips, wrestling, rough play, tackling, or piling-on.
· One at a time on/off. No jumping near the edges.
· Do not use when wet, during rain, storms, or high winds.
· No pets on or near the jumping pillow.
· If an injury occurs: stop use immediately and report to reception.
· Management may close the jumping pillow at any time due to weather, safety, maintenance, or park operations.
· Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made with reception.
· Noise must be kept to an acceptable level at all times.
· Strictly no noise after 10:00pm
. We are a NO PARTY PARK
· No smoking is permitted in park cabins, or in/around amenities blocks, camp kitchens, or communal areas.
· No glass is permitted in pool, playground, jumping pillow, or other communal recreation areas.
· Drones may only be used with prior management approval (privacy and safety).
· Management may require any unsafe item or activity to stop immediately.
· Bridgewater Caravan Park takes no responsibility for items left behind by person/s on sites or in cabins.
· At our discretion, any damage, loss or theft of property at the park will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost.
· If cabins are not left in a clean condition, or smoking is evident, an extra cleaning charge will be applied and charged to your credit card.
· No fires are to be lit without permission from park management.
· No trenches or other earthworks are to be dug, built, or cutting of trees or bushes.
· All rubbish is to be placed in bins provided.
· Power for a site must only be obtained from a single power point.
· Children must be properly supervised at all times. It is the parent/guardians responsibility to ensure children abide by the park rules.
· Children under five years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities block.
· Bicycles must be ridden at walking pace, in a sensible manner and only on roadways.
· All children must wear protective head gear when riding.
· Under no circumstances are bikes to be ridden in, on and around amenities blocks, camp kitchen, playgrounds, or the jumping pillow area.
· Bicycles are not to be left in public walkways or in any manner to cause a nuisance or danger.
· Chemical toilets must only be emptied into the dump point located on your park map.
Any guests who do not abide by the rules, and at management discretion, may be given a warning or asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund.
Upon arrival at the Bridgewater Caravan Park, the dogs acceptance will be at the Managers discretion.
· If you have a pet you must let reception know on arrival. It will be at the Managers discretion if your pet is welcomed into the park or not.
· All pets must be on a lead at all times within the park, and barking kept to an absolute minimum.
Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended, including inside a tent, van, or other accommodation.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times while not in a van or tent or other accommodation: there are no exceptions. A leash must be no more than two metres in length. No dog runs are to be operated by dog owners.
Dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park, including cafes, pool areas, games rooms, camp kitchens, amenities, playgrounds, reception, the jumping pillow area, or any public areas.
Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dogs waste in a sealed doggy do plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
For health and safety reasons, dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park.
Additionally, any dog-related accessories such as dog blankets should not be washed or cleaned within the park.
Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their dog.
Dogs may only be walked in the designated areas of the park.
· No dog trailers allowed.
· Maximum 3 dogs per site and 2 dogs per cabin.
The dog owner must agree that the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive, or the subject of complaint/s from other guests.
It is the dog owners sole responsibility to control and manage their dog. If in the view of park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog may be evicted from the park immediately.
